Strategy/discussion meeting kickoff

At this meeting we will be discussing the next major issues we will be working towards over the course of the next year. Each of these are intended to be reasonably sized issues, while having outsized impact compared. Basically a minimum effort -> maximum output coefficient.

These issues are:

1. Updating the city paving code
2. Upzoning for small businesses in residential areas surrounding downtown
3. Continued: The fight against parking minimums, and against minimums in general

During this meeting we will be taking two courses of action:

• Discussing the goal with specifics in mind
• Strategizing on how to move forward with each

If you can, try to make it! These discussions will help push the future of the org, and how we move forward with our plans.
